Export customers include importer/distributors, retailers and food service companies as well as food manufacturers in over 40 countries on five continents. Our export team are experienced in managing the often complex export documentation and supply chain arrangements for land, sea or air shipments. With the capability to tailor our products for your local food regulations, we are able to actively seek partners in new markets where we look for a long term approach to building mutually beneficial trading relationships.
Lye Cross Farm has an extensive product range of both conventional and organic cheeses. Being a small and focused cheesemaker we are able to offer customers bespoke cheese and other dairy products, for example reduced fat cheese, non-GMO Cheddar and private label packing.
