We are delighted to share the news that our Lye Cross Farm Farmhouse Mature Cheddar Cheese won Bronze at the International Cheese & Dairy Awards 2024.
The criteria for this award included:
- The cheese needs to be matured for more than 12 months.
- A percentage of the milk used in the manufacture process must be produced at the exhibitor’s own farm and from their own herd.
- Must have West Country Farmhouse Cheddar PDO accreditation.
We are pleased and grateful to receive this award, in what was a highly competitive category, giving you more reason to love our cheese!
