Today, members of the Workers Forum were pleased to present Quality Assurance Assistant, Bryony Allen with a hamper full of goodies! The hamper comes as a result of her idea winning the “Ideas Hub” campaign – an initiative set up to encourage employees of the business to present suggestions to improve the way the organisation operates. Bryony’s winning idea was voted for by members of the Workers Forum meeting which took place earlier in the week. The hamper win for Bryony is particularly fitting, as it doubles up as a token of appreciation for the amount of dedication she puts into her work, and the unwavering support she offers her colleagues every day. We look forward to implementing the idea going forward.
